Upper Freehold Wreck Kills Two on 195 Sunday Morning

A car accident in Upper Freehold, New Jersey, left two people dead after they were ejected from their vehicle. The accident took place off Route 195 early on a Sunday morning. The driver of the vehicle was heading east in an Acura before it veered off the highway. This happened between exits 8 and 11.

Police were not sure why the vehicle veered off the highway. However, as it did, the car hit two trees, causing both drivers to be thrown from the car. For a vehicle to strike a tree with such force, causing ejection, it is likely that there was ample speed behind it. Other factors may also be contributing, including driver fatigue, road conditions, impairment, or even an animal entering the roadway, causing the driver to lose control.

For the family members suffering in an accident like this, it becomes critically essential to hire a trusted and experienced car accident lawyer with wrongful death experience to help you fight for justice.
