Service Member Dies in Crash Near Joint Base in Burlington County

A driver was killed near the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Very few details were provided about the cause of the accident, but for some reason, the motor vehicle crash caused the driver to strike a utility pole. The driver died of their injuries.

When a driver strikes a utility pole or another stationary object, it may instantly seem like that driver was at fault. That is not always the case. In some situations, the driver reacted to a vehicle in the wrong lane, poor lighting caused the accident, or an animal entered the street. For family members in a situation like this, there is no real way to know what happened, it can seem.

With the guidance of a car accident lawyer, additional evidence may be found to determine if any other party was at fault for the accident. Though not every situation results in a personal injury claim, contacting a legal team to investigate what happened thoroughly can bring the family peace of mind.
