A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle at around 5:15 on a Thursday afternoon. The man, a 79-year-old, was walking on Ganttown Road in Gloucester County when he was struck by a Kia Sportage.

In most situations, pedestrians have the right of way. Vehicles must do all they can to avoid striking a person, and if they do not, the damage can be life-ending. In this situation, it is critical for family members to seek legal guidance from a Gloucester County pedestrian accident attorney who will fight for justice.
