Pedestrian Killed at Rosemont Train Station in Lower Merion

A pedestrian was reported struck near the Rosemont train station in Lower Merion. The individual died from their injuries. The SEPTA social media accounts alerted the public to the incident early on a Monday morning.

SEPTA trains are a critical asset for getting around the region, but they can also be highly dangerous. In this particular situation, there is no update on what caused the accident or whether the train could have diverted and struck the individual.

When train accidents occur, a full investigation into what occurred typically happens. A skilled pedestrian accident attorney will detail all evidence available in the accident and work to understand best if the individual fell, was pushed, or if another person’s actions caused the incident. Though that is not commonly the case, for the victim’s family, this type of investigation could bring peace of mind.
