Police were called to the scene of an accident in which a person was lying on the ground at the scene of a car accident on West Main Street. Commuters contacted the police to report the individual. When police arrived, they transported the 18-year-old female to Grand View Hospital and stated she had non-life-threatening injuries. They are investigating the accident.
