Newtown Township Crash Leaves Driver Trapped in Vehicle

An accident in the eastbound lanes of Newtown Bypass in Newtown Township, PA, resulted in a driver being entrapped. Firefighters were called out to assist with the vehicle.

Shortly after this event, the same fire department was called out to help with a car on fire in the Beacon Hill area of the city.

Accidents involving entrapment and fires are among the most dangerous for everyone involved. There were no initial details provided about what occurred to cause either of these accidents, but fire rescue was needed in both cases. The entrapment adds another layer to the complexity of this case.

Victims of car accidents like these need legal guidance. Whether you know the cause or you are unsure, having a car accident lawyer by your side can help minimize the risk of legal complications in your future.

Details Are Limited

Engine 73 and Rescue 3 were able to stabilize the first vehicle quickly enough to allow the team to extract the driver from the car. That driver was taken to the hospital without known injuries. Though it did not seem anyone was in the vehicle that caught fire, there is also no update on the cause of that incident.

At Kwartler Manus, the legal team is here to help you unravel what happened in your case. Contact a car accident lawyer to learn more about your rights in these accidents, including determining if anyone else should pay for your losses as a result of negligence.
