Man Found Deceased in Vehicle in Falls Township

Police in Falls Township in Bucks County responded to a call after another party found a vehicle in a wooded area along Roosevelt Boulevard early in the morning. The motorist passing by called the police because they saw the tail lights on the vehicle lit. The motorist pulled over to find out if the other party was okay and found that the vehicle had struck a tree. Police arrived and found that the driver of that vehicle was unresponsive.  He was then taken to an area hospital but was pronounced dead.

In an accident like this, which seems to be a single-car accident, it may not seem like anyone is to blame. Yet, that is not always the case. Whenever a person dies in a car accident, it is worth it to reach out to a wrongful death attorney to investigate what could have happened.

Police Did Not Provide Extensive Details

Police did not say why they thought the crash happened. They noted that they did not believe drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash. As such, the family is left to wonder about what happened. Perhaps an animal ran into the roadway, and the driver swerved to avoid it. The driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel since the incident took place at nearly 1 a.m. Medical conditions, distracted driving, and numerous other factors may have contributed.

Proving what happened matters to the victim’s family. In cases like this, seek out a wrongful death attorney in Bucks County who will fight for you. Contact Kwartler Manus today for a free consultation.
