Details About the Route 30 Head-On Crash
Emergency personnel were dispatched to Route 30 near High Bank Road around 2:15 PM on Wednesday in Hamilton Township, Atlantic County for the report of a multi-vehicle crash.
According to the Hamilton Township Police Department, two vehicles were traveling westbound on Route 30 when they collided. After the collision, one of the vehicles then crossed the double yellow lines and struck an eastbound vehicle head-on.
The driver of the vehicle that crossed the double yellow lines died as a result of the crash. Four adults involved in the wreck were sent to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division with non-life-threatening injuries. A juvenile from one of the vehicles was transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden with minor injuries.
