East Baltimore Pike Crash Takes Life of Retiree

A car accident on East Baltimore Pike claimed the life of a recently retired man. The accident was a head-on collision along a very busy roadway in southern Chester County. The accident happened at 8:20 p.m. just west of Dingee Road in London Grove. Witnesses to the accident said they saw a blue Ford F-150 cross over the center line before crashing head-on into the car. Police interviewed the driver at the scene of the accident and detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. He later failed a field sobriety test.

Car accidents resulting in death are horribly challenging for family members. When that accident is due to the carelessness of another person who is behind the wheel intoxicated, that makes it even more overwhelming. Hiring an experienced drunk driving accident lawyer could be the best way to protect your rights to recover damages in this type of case.

A Multi-Time Offender

Details from the investigation into the intoxicated driver revealed that the driver had been charged with possession of marijuana as well as DUI in November and was driving on a suspended license. He had other traffic violations on his license prior to that as well.

Fighting Back From Devastating Losses

For the family of the person who died and others involved in the accident who sustained injury, hiring an attorney may be critical to finding justice.
