New Jersey State Police officers and emergency personnel were dispatched to the New Jersey Turnpike in Mount Laurel on Sunday, February 25th around 7:30 PM for the report of a charter bus accident.
Details About the Charter Bus Accident
The bus accident occurred on the southbound side of the highway about a half mile from Exit 4 for Route 73 in Mount Laurel, Burlington County.
Police said that three people suffered minor injuries in the crash. Two passengers on the bus were hurt and the driver of an SUV involved also suffered injuries. The accident involved five vehicles total: the charter bus, three SUVs and a sedan.
NJ State Police did not say how the accident happened but did note that it is still under investigation.
