A 26-year-old man was shot and killed after a confrontation with another party over a minor car accident, reported policy. According to the information initially released, the incident happened just after midnight when the two people were involved in a crash. Police believe the accident may have stemmed from a road rage incident.

The police have video footage of the shooting taking place outside of a pizza shop on the northern side of Philadelphia.
