Boy Seriously Injured in Northeast Philadelphia Accident

A chain reaction car crash left a five-year-old boy with critical injuries. The accident took place in Northeast Philadelphia at about 7:30 p.m. According to police, the accident started when three vehicles, a Kia, Nissan, and Range Rover, were stopped at the light at Aramingo Avenue and Wakeling Street. A Ford Taurus, a fourth vehicle, was speeding down Aramingo Avenue and rear-ended at least one of the cars that were stopped at the light. The child was in the Ford Taurus when it was hit.

Car accidents are made so much worse when a child is hurt. For the victims in this case, piecing together who was at fault could prove challenging. With the guidance of an experienced Philadelphia car accident attorney, it may be possible to obtain investigative services to help maximize compensation claims.

Child Suffers Head Injuries

No other party in the Kia, Nissan, or Range Rover was seriously hurt in this car accident. The hurt child was in the car with his mother. Police reported that it impacted the other cars with so much force that the wheels came off of it. Police believe speed was the most significant impacting factor.

For car accident victims, seeking compensation may be critical to recover losses related to the accident, including any medical bills, lost time at work, and emotional trauma may be a legal right.
