Boy Killed in Bristol Township Riding His Bike

A juvenile was struck and killed in an accident that occurred around 8:44 p.m. on Beaver Dam Road in Bucks County, according to news reports. While very little information about what occurred is available this early, the tragic outcome involves a juvenile who was struck while crossing the road.

A Pick-Up Truck Struck the Young Person

Police did not release a significant amount of information initially about the victim but noted that the juvenile was on a bike crossing Bristol Pike at the time of the accident. The bike rider was heading onto Beaver Dam Road when a pickup truck struck the driver. The driver remained at the scene of the incident and was cooperating with police. The juvenile was transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later. The police are asking for witnesses to come forward.
