Bethlehem Pike Dispensary Damaged in Crash Thursday

A driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed into the entrance of a medical marijuana dispensary in Bethlehem Pike on a Thursday afternoon in Montgomery Township, according to police reports. That led to the business having to close for the day. The accident led to at least one person needing medical care. Police did not provide information on the cause of the accident or if anyone would be charged with it.

Victims struck by a driver like this, whether they are pedestrians on the roadway or persons in a retail location, often suffer serious losses and long-term complications to health and wellbeing. The property owner could also face losses related to products and repairs to their shop. Because the case is complicated, hiring a car accident attorney could be critical to protecting your right to recovery when you are the victim.

Treatment for at Least One Person

In this accident, the Montgomery Township police and fire departments arrived on the scene to find the vehicle with significant damage. VMSC Emergency Medical Services took one person to the hospital, though police did not initially indicate whether that was the driver or another party involved in the accident.
