202 North Closed for Hours For Crash Investigation

A car crash on US 202 Northbound closed down the busy highway for several hours while police worked to investigate and clear the scene. The incident occurred in Tredyffrin Township at around 1:45 p.m. The accident happened between Chesterbrook Blvd and PA 252, along Valley Forge Road.

Very little information was initially provided by the police at the time of the accident, but police were investigating to determine fault. After a car accident, what victims do can be critical. If you are involved in an accident, your first step should be to get out of harm’s way. Then, call 911 to request the care you and others involved in the accident may need. Document the scene as much as possible and get medical care from there.

By taking these steps, you protect your health and begin to minimize the risk of being blamed for an accident you did not cause. It is always beneficial to contact a car accident attorney in PA if you have been in even a minor accident that requires filing a claim.
