Prior to joining Kwartler Manus, Pamela was a partner at a national personal injury law firm, where she focused on mass torts and complex litigation. Her experience includes representing families and individuals in In re Juul Labs, Inc., a multi-district product liability litigation, where she secured a confidential seven-figure settlement for a client whose child suffered devastating injuries.
Pamela is known for her disciplined, detail-oriented approach to litigation and her ability to manage cases involving extensive discovery, multiple parties, and significant exposure. Her background allows her to navigate both individual and large-scale matters with confidence, ensuring each case is positioned for maximum impact and accountability.
Following law school, Pamela served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Kane in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division — an experience that continues to inform her strategic approach to advocacy. She is actively involved in the legal community through professional organizations, speaking engagements, and published legal commentary.
