Partner Brian P. McGovern
Brian P. McGovern is a seasoned trial attorney with thirty years of experience winning civil cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has tried over one hundred matters on both sides of the bar in every forum, including the Court of Common Pleas, Federal court, municipal and district courts, mediation, and arbitration
Brian concentrates his practice on motor vehicle, dram shop (alcohol service), negligent security and premises liability matters. These complex cases involve a combination of security issues and liquor liability, general liability, premises liability, and automobile liability.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he played varsity baseball. Brian then earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University. Brian is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Brian is a lifelong Delaware County, Pennsylvania resident. While not practicing law, he enjoys sports, traveling, and outdoor activities with his wife and two children.
