Partner Alexander H. Kipperman
Alexander H. Kipperman is a Partner at Kwartler Manus and an experienced trial attorney focusing on complex civil litigation. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict and has recovered millions of dollars for individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions, dangerous premises conditions, professional malpractice, and defective products.
Mr. Kipperman is known for his disciplined preparation, strategic judgment, and courtroom effectiveness. In 2017, The Legal Intelligencer® recognized him for achieving the highest jury verdict in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Insurance Category. He was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2019, 2020, and 2021, and in 2020 was selected by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff attorneys in Pennsylvania. He also served as trial counsel in a case resulting in a jury verdict recognized among the Top 50 Verdicts in Pennsylvania in 2022. Prior to joining Kwartler Manus, he practiced with a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm litigating mass tort, environmental and toxic tort, and catastrophic injury cases.
Mr. Kipperman earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Political & Civil Rights Law Review. His published article received the Jacob Kossman Award in Criminal Law for excellence in constitutional scholarship. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California and an undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Outside of his practice, Mr. Kipperman is a competitive squash player and enjoys spending time outdoors.
