Right of Way Car Accidents

When car accidents occur, including those involving buses, the first goal is to determine who is at fault by examining the right of way. In this situation, the investigation is still ongoing, but it may show that a distracted driver struck the bus driver. The bus driver may be responsible if it entered an intersection without having the right of way or otherwise broke traffic law.

In this particular accident, police will use bus cameras, area cameras, witness statements, and other data to determine the cause. They will then use this information to assign fault for the accident to one or both parties.
