Three Hospitalized Following Upper Providence Township Crash

According to news reports, three people were hospitalized in a car accident in Upper Providence Township, PA. The accident remains under investigation but involved a 2011 Nissan Murano. Limited information was provided, but police indicated that the Murano was carrying two passengers and the driver when it struck a tree.

In a single-car accident like this, it may be possible for passengers to pursue compensation against the at-fault party’s insurance company for their medical bills and other losses. If you were hurt in an accident involving hospital care and other losses, having a car accident attorney available to help you navigate your legal rights can be critical.

Limited Information About This Accident

The accident resulted in the driver being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center with critical injuries. The front passenger was taken to Paoli Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and the back passenger was taken to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in serious condition. The victims were trapped in the vehicle for some time and had to be freed by first responders.

Police are hoping for witnesses to come forward to provide more information about what occurred. For victims, though, it may be critical to act sooner by hiring a car accident lawyer to guide you in recovering losses in your case. An attorney will build your case on evidence from the scene, allowing you to know who to seek full and fair compensation from after the incident.

Contact Kwartler Manus if you are hurt in an accident as a passenger in the vehicle.
