A man walking near Pennsylvania Avenue on New Year’s Eve was struck by two vehicles, according to police reports. The accident occurred near the intersections of Maryland Avenue and Absecon Boulevard just before 11 p.m. According to the initial information from police, the man walked into traffic on Pennsylvania Avenue, causing the accident.
