A two-vehicle car accident occurred on Doylestown Road in Montgomery Township recently. The accident happened around 2:20 p.m. on a Monday afternoon. Initial reports stated a silver Accurate and a dark blue Honda Civic collided. At least one person was trapped in the vehicle and required extraction from the fire department.
Though the police did not initially provide insight into the cause of this accident, that will ultimately determine who was at fault. The at-fault driver’s liability insurance may have to pay for the medical losses, time missed at work, and the pain and suffering of the victims. Yet, the process is rarely that simple. It often requires hands-on support from a car accident attorney to be sure the claim is comprehensive.
Detailed Injuries Were Not Released
This incident resulted in one person being transported to the hospital, and medical teams assisted two others at the scene. The trapped person was extracted from the passenger side of the vehicle and assessed by medical providers. At least two others were in the car at that time, though no serious injuries were reported initially.
Each one of those people injured by the at-fault driver may benefit from hiring an attorney to pursue fair compensation for their losses.
