Victim Pinned in Upper Chichester Truck Accident

At about 9:45 on a Monday morning, a car collided with a guard rail and then rolled over along I-95 in the Upper Chichester area. Emergency crews arriving on the scene of the accident were able to free the victim after about 20 minutes of work. They stated the victim may have been suffering from a medical ailment at the time of the accident.
