Scooter Accident in North Cape May Kills US Navy Officer

A US Navy officer lost their life in Philadelphia after being involved in a scooter accident in Cape May County, according to police. The accident took place in Lower Township at about 8:30 pm. Police are still investigating the details of the case to determine how the crash happened.

Investigators stated that the Navy officer was on the way to North Cape May, where he had spent time on leave from the Navy. He was found on the side of the road by a person passing by who called 911.
