Alexander H. Kipperman has extensive litigation experience and has taken over 50 jury trials to verdict. Over his career he has recovered millions of dollars for victims of motor vehicle collisions, dangerous premises, and defective products.
In 2017, Mr. Kipperman was recognized by The Legal Intelligencer® for achieving the highest jury verdict in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the “Insurance Category”. In 2019, 2020, and 2021, Mr. Kipperman was named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. In 2020, Mr. Kipperman was also selected by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff attorneys in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Kwartler Manus, Mr. Kipperman was an attorney with a nationally recognized Plaintiffs’ law firm litigating mass torts, environmental and toxic torts, and other catastrophic injury matters.
As a law student at Temple University, Mr. Kipperman was a member of Temple Law School’s Political & Civil Rights Law Review. His paper Frisky Business: Mitigating Predictive Crime Software’s Facilitation of Unlawful Stop and Frisks was published in the journal’s 2015 edition. This article was also the recipient of the Jacob Kossman Award in Criminal Law as “the best paper in the field of constitutional rights and privileges of persons accused of a crime”. Mr. Kipperman has also served the Philadelphia community through his work at the Legal Clinic for the Disabled. For his dedication to public service and academic excellence, Mr. Kipperman received the highest level of recognition as a Fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society. He served as Treasurer of the Jewish Law Student Association.
Mr. Kipperman is a competitive squash player and an outdoorsman.
